Return and Exchange Period:
You have up to 30 days from the purchase date (or the date of shipment for online orders) to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Jewelry, including engagement rings, marriage bands, pendants, and chains, must be returned in good condition.
- The original packaging and any relevant documentation should accompany the returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Custom-designed pieces
Refund Methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Your original payment method will be credited.
- Business Check: A refund check will be issued from our business office and mailed to you within 21 days.
- Cash: If funds are unavailable or the cash refund amount exceeds $500, a refund check will be issued from our business office and mailed within 21 days.
Online Orders:
For purchases made online, refunds will be credited to your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
