By using our website, booking consultations, or receiving tattoo services from Sueño Tattoo LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

🔞 Age Requirements

ALL TATTOO SERVICES REQUIRE AGE 18+ WITH VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID

Age Verification Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID)
ID must be current and not expired
No exceptions for minors, even with parental consent
Age verification required before any consultation or service

Minor Policy

We do not provide tattoo services to anyone under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent or accompaniment. This policy is strictly enforced for health, safety, and legal compliance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-hour advance notice requested for cancellations
Rescheduling accommodated based on availability
No cancellation fees for appointments scheduled without deposits
Same-day cancellations may affect future booking priority

Medium tattoos: $400 - $800
Large tattoos: $800 - $1,500+

Original custom designs created for you become your property after payment
We retain the right to photograph and display completed tattoos for portfolio

Custom designs may not be resold or used by other tattoo artists

Portfolio and Gallery Rights

We may photograph completed tattoos for business portfolio use
Photos may be used on website, social media, and marketing materials
Client identity kept confidential unless permission given
Clients may request photos not be used publicly

All website text, images, and design elements are copyrighted
Business name, logo, and branding are trademarked
User-submitted content (contact forms) grants us usage rights for business purposes
No content may be reproduced without written permission

Healing results depend on your aftercare compliance
Report healing problems immediately
Understand that tattoo healing varies by individual

Business Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
We maintain professional liability insurance
Not responsible for client non-compliance with aftercare
Force majeure events beyond our control are excluded
